The Group is seeking to recruit a Draughtsperson to strengthen its well-established, dynamic team and to complement the growing business.
The chosen candidate will report to the Project Manager, and his responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Production of detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations and construction design documentation
- Preparation/production/amendment of drawings throughout design lifecycle in line with standards to the required time, cost and quality requirements
- Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Measure and value the works done on site
- Liaising with site managers, clients, and contractors
- Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and incorporate real-world data into plans.
Job requirements:
- Experience working within a similar role and environment, ideally in property development projects.
- Have a relevant qualification in construction and design or an equivalent.
- Computer proficiency including, CAD & Microsoft Office
- Have good knowledge of Maltese Planning policies and sanitary laws.
- Have good knowledge of construction methods and materials used in Malta.
- Self-motivated and can work on own initiative.
- Possess a valid and clean driving licence.
- Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English.
